Conformance status
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

Known limitations
Despite our best efforts to ensure accessibility, the following parts of this website rely on third-party services where we have limited control over the rendered output:
- Product reviews — embedded via Yotpo and Judge.me. The vendors render their own UI components inside our pages.
- Personalized product recommendations — embedded via Rebuy. The carousel and "Add to cart" widgets are rendered by the vendor.
- Email signup forms and popups — embedded via Klaviyo. Color and typography choices come from the vendor's controls.
- Customer account pages — hosted on Shopify infrastructure (account.sojourner-bags.myshopify.com) and rendered outside our theme.
- Checkout pages — hosted on Shopify's checkout system, also outside our theme.
We monitor these vendors' accessibility statements and will adopt their improvements as they ship.
